Leveraging your knowledge of SEO, content creation, social media management, and digital advertising, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that improve search engine rankings, engage audiences, and drive traffic. ### Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic in the Sri Lankan market. * Perform keyword research and optimize website content, blog posts, and landing pages for improved search engine rankings. * Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with market trends and audience preferences. * Assist in planning and running digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to achieve marketing objectives. * Conduct market research to understand local customer behaviour, emerging trends, and competitor activities. * Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console, and provide actionable insights. * Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns tailored to the target audience. * Collaborate with design teams to create compelling visuals and graphics for digital marketing efforts. * Execute link-building strategies and assist with on-page and off-page SEO tasks to improve organic rankings. * Prepare and deliver professional presentations to stakeholders on campaign performance, market research findings, and strategic recommendations. * Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and SEO trends to recommend innovative strategies. ### Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (completed or nearing completion). * Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing concepts, and social media management strategies. * Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms like SEMrush or Ahrefs. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. * Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Creativity and proficiency in content creation for blogs, social media, and marketing materials. * Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic design tools like Canva and Figma. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. * Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. * Passion for learning and staying updated with industry best practices. ### What We Offer: * Competitive salary and Sales Commission.
