**Position:** Business Development Representative (Sales)\
**Location:** Hybrid (Colombo 10, Sri Lanka)\
**Job Type:** Full-Time, Night Shift (03:00 PM to 12:00 AM)

### Job Summary

We’re looking for a motivated **Junior Business Development Executive** to support our sales, marketing, and community engagement activities. In this role, you’ll help with reaching out to potential customers, interacting with online communities, and assisting the team with day-to-day tasks. This position is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys communicating with people.

The ideal candidate can **work USA hours (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM SL time)** to align with our customer base.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Help reach out to potential customers through social platforms.
* Help manage customer inquiries and provide friendly, professional responses.
* Support marketing activities such as posting on social media and engaging with communities.
* Coordinate with the team to update client details and track sales progress.
* Assist in preparing simple reports and collecting feedback from clients.

### Qualifications:

* Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-friendly attitude.
* Basic knowledge of **sales or marketing** will be an advantage.
* Familiar with using **Discord, Telegram, Twitter, or email** for communication will be an added advantage.
* Good English writing and speaking skills. Experience in Toastmasters etc. preferred.
* Self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to work in a team.
* Prior experience is a plus but training will be provided.
