Position: Business Development Representative (Sales) Location: Hybrid (Colombo 10, Sri Lanka) Job Type: Full-Time, Night Shift (03:00 PM to 12:00 AM)

Job Summary

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Executive to support our sales, marketing, and community engagement activities. In this role, you’ll help with reaching out to potential customers, interacting with online communities, and assisting the team with day-to-day tasks. This position is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys communicating with people.

The ideal candidate can work USA hours (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM SL time) to align with our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help reach out to potential customers through social platforms.

  • Help manage customer inquiries and provide friendly, professional responses.

  • Support marketing activities such as posting on social media and engaging with communities.

  • Coordinate with the team to update client details and track sales progress.

  • Assist in preparing simple reports and collecting feedback from clients.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-friendly attitude.

  • Basic knowledge of sales or marketing will be an advantage.

  • Familiar with using Discord, Telegram, Twitter, or email for communication will be an added advantage.

  • Good English writing and speaking skills. Experience in Toastmasters etc. preferred.

  • Self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to work in a team.

  • Prior experience is a plus but training will be provided.
