Position: Customer Support Intern Location: Hybrid (Colombo, Sri Lanka) Job Type: Full-Time
As a Customer Support Intern, you’ll be the first point of contact for our users across support channels like Discord, email, and live chat. Your role is to assist customers by answering questions, resolving basic issues, and ensuring a smooth support experience. You’ll also work closely with our operations and technical teams to escalate and follow up on more complex cases. This internship is a great opportunity to develop your communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Respond to customer inquiries via Discord, email, and other platforms.
Assist with resolving common issues and guide users through troubleshooting steps.
Track and document support interactions to identify recurring problems.
Escalate technical or high-priority issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain a friendly, professional tone while delivering fast, accurate responses.
Assist with updating support documentation, FAQs, and internal guides.
Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
Familiarity with Discord and general customer support tools is a plus.
A positive, customer-first attitude with a willingness to help.
Prior experience in customer support or working with digital products is a bonus, but not required.
Competitive salary and Sales Commission. Paid in either USD or LKR.
