Position: Sales, Marketing and Operations Specialist Location: Hybrid (Colombo 10, Sri Lanka) Job Type: Full-Time, Night Shift (03:00 PM to 12:00 AM)

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to own the full sales cycle — from identifying and engaging potential customers to closing deals and managing relationships. You will be the face of our proxy service to new and existing clients, driving growth through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and client success management.

The ideal candidate can work USA hours (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM SL time) to align with our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients through channels such as Discord, social media, communities, and email outreach.

  • Conduct product demos, explain the value of our proxy services, and tailor solutions to client needs.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with both new and existing clients.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunities.

  • Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and accountability.

Client Success & Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and a positive customer journey.

  • Provide timely customer support via Discord and other platforms, assisting with troubleshooting proxy-related or basic technical issues (in collaboration with the technical team).

  • Collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and community leaders to expand reach and generate new leads.

  • Share client feedback with the technical team to improve services and address emerging needs.

Marketing Support (lightweight, sales-focused)

  • Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns that support lead generation.

  • Engage with online communities (Discord, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit) to represent the brand and drive interest.

  • Support the creation of sales/marketing collateral (presentations, case studies, newsletters).

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing and operations preferably in the tech or sneaker industry.

  • Preferably strong understanding of the sneaker market, including knowledge of popular sneaker bots and proxy usage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in using social media platforms and online marketing tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with Discord and other community engagement platforms.

  • A passion for sneakers and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and releases.
