**Position:** Technical Lead\
**Location:** Remote\
**Job Type:** Full-Time

### Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of software engineers and developers, providing technical direction, mentorship, and guidance on development projects.
* Oversee technical project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including product management, customer support, and marketing, to ensure all technical requirements align with business objectives.
* Serve as a subject matter expert in cloud technologies (AWS or GCP), offering technical guidance and ensuring best practices in cloud architecture, security, and solutions.
* Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure to support application development and deployment.
* Guide the migration of legacy systems to cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance and minimal disruption.
* Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and scaling of applications.
* Monitor cloud environments and applications, implementing proactive measures to maintain high availability, performance, and security compliance.
* Provide technical expertise to ensure quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
* Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance development capabilities and team productivity.
* Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored technical solutions that meet their needs.
* Document and establish technical processes and procedures to streamline development and deployment activities.
* Facilitate knowledge sharing and technical discussions within the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Stay current on industry trends, cloud advancements, and emerging technologies, recommending the adoption of tools and practices that drive product innovation.

### Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
* Proven expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, with relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect) highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of cloud services, architecture, and security best practices.
* Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or similar technologies.
* Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
* Demonstrated knowledge of software development methodologies and techniques.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
* Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team.
* Able to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
* Passion for continuous learning and staying current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
