**Position:** Junior/Intern Operations Analyst\
**Location:** Hybrid (Colombo, Sri Lanka)\
**Job Type:** Full-Time

### Job Summary

As a **Junior Data Analyst**, we’re looking for a technically inclined individual who can support our operations team through data-driven insights, automation, and documentation. This role focuses primarily on **data analysis, system automation, and dashboard management**, rather than manual tasks. You’ll work closely with our internal teams and US-based 3PL partners to ensure seamless data flow and inventory visibility.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain dashboards using **Looker Studio** and/or **Power BI** to track key operational metrics such as inventory levels, fulfillment rates, and replenishment trends.
* Prepare, automate, and maintain reports to support integration with our **US-based 3PL system**.
* Ensure **real-time inventory accuracy** by reconciling data across systems.
* Automate routine operational tasks using tools like **n8n**, improving workflow efficiency.
* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by analyzing data and identifying root causes.
* Document and optimize SOPs based on insights from operational data and system behavior.
* Collaborate with internal teams (finance, production, logistics) to streamline data workflows and maintain reporting accuracy.

### Qualifications:

* Final year student or recent graduate in **Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science**, or a **related technical field**.
* Hands-on experience with **Looker Studio, Power BI**, or other BI/dashboard tools.
* Proficient in **Excel/Google Sheets** (vlookups, pivot tables, array formulas, etc.).
* Exposure to **workflow automation tools** (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar).
* Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets.
* Effective communication skills, especially across distributed teams and time zones.
* Familiarity with **Shopify backend** and **inventory sync practices** is an **added advantage**.
* Prior exposure to **inventory systems** or **3PL operations** is an **added advantage**.
