**Position:** Junior Data Analyst\
**Location:** Hybrid (Colombo, Sri Lanka)\
**Job Type:** Full-Time

### Job Summary

As a **Junior Data Analyst**, you will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making for both internal operations and client projects. Your responsibilities will include cleaning, visualizing, and analyzing data using tools like **Excel**, **Power BI**, and **Looker Studio**. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to impactful analytics initiatives.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in analyzing large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools like **Excel**, **Power BI**, and **Looker Studio**.
* Support data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Collaborate with internal teams to provide data-driven recommendations for business decisions.
* Contribute to external client projects by analyzing data and creating customized reports.
* Work with tools such as **Python**, **SQL**, or **R** for advanced analytics and automation tasks.
* Present findings clearly to stakeholders through reports, charts, and presentations.

### Qualifications:

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in **Data Science**, **Analytics**, **Statistics**, **Computer Science**, or a related field.
* Proficiency in data visualization tools such as **Excel**, **Power BI**, and **Looker Studio**.
* Basic understanding of programming languages like **Python**, **SQL**, or **R** for data analysis.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills to explain complex data findings effectively.
* A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.
