**Position:** Business Analyst and Research Intern\
**Location:** Hybrid (Colombo, Sri Lanka)\
**Job Type:** Full-Time

### Job Summary

We are seeking a **detail-oriented and analytical** **Business Analyst & Research Intern** to support **market research, competitive analysis, and tool evaluation** across various projects. In this role, you will gather, organize, and analyze data to identify key trends, evaluate business tools based on features, pricing, and industry trends, and provide **actionable insights** to drive strategic decision-making. You will also prepare structured reports and presentations using **Excel** to support data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate is **curious, resourceful, and highly analytical**, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and present clear, impactful recommendations. This internship offers hands-on experience in **business analysis and research**, contributing to meaningful projects.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct research on various topics, including market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging tools.
* Evaluate software, tools, and solutions based on features, pricing, and reviews.
* Compile and organize data into structured reports and summaries.
* Assist in identifying key insights to support decision-making for new products and initiatives.
* Work with Excel to organize and analyze datasets effectively.
* Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations based on research findings.
* Present findings in a structured, actionable manner.

### Qualifications:

* Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas, data organization, etc.).
* Ability to evaluate and compare software/tools based on key metrics.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Basic presentation skills, including structuring and delivering insights clearly.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
* Prior experience in research, data analysis, or a similar role is a plus.
